Received two phone calls in the last week from County Check Services saying that I was being charged with Check fraud from a Payday loan that I took out in 2004. According to them, the payday loan company said that I never paid them back because my checking account was closed. I know for a fact my checking account was open during this time and all the up to October 2008. According to Janice at (240) 252-2139 ext 111, I was going to have a warrant put out for my arrest. I never received any information from anyone prior to last week, that's 9 years.
