I have investigated my mobile account and found that this company has been charging my account unlawfully for a couple of months. I have now had to call my phone company and have them try and unsubscribe from this unauthorised subscription. I don't even know how they got my details. The 1800 contact number does nothing.
Any help to recoup this money would be great.
