LETTER SENT TO SANTANDER BANK WHO SAID THEY CAN`T DO ANYTHING !!!
An explanation of events and reasons for my complaints for unauthorised payments taken from my account without my knowledge.
On or around 27-03-13 I place an order for a trail product , this product was £8-95 and £6-95 for two bottles of tablets, the two products arrive around two weeks later and I realise that this is not going to be as promised so I just put it down to a wasted experience, however in may two more arrive and I put these aside thinking that it was a delivery in error and expect a contact from said company for return, no contact so I left bottles of tablets in the packs and put to one side, I think no more of it until I was doing a routine check through my statements only to discover they had took unauthorised payments each month for sums of £69-00 and £77-00 (see enclosed statements), on the 17-04-13 I emailed them and phoned them on the London number that is transferred to what sounds like a overseas call centre, as during the phone call the people sounded on the first call American male, he apologised and said no more payments would come out and just return any products that could arrive, a email came stating the opposite of the phone call, I phoned but on the second call phones did not respond, and on the last call I made to them it was an Indian female, and she after a short while put the phone down on me as she was not answering any of my questions other than scripted replies, so now I find myself with funds taken from my account totalling £438-00 for five bottles of tablets and two of those was the trial tablets so in reality three bottles cost £438-00.
I have also enclosed copies from online forums etc that shows some evidence of complaints against this company and associated products, in fact as I looked further into this scam I realised just how extensive this fraud is and astonished that they continue with ripping people of, I would look forward to this company taking me to court and would invite them to do so.
