Charges have been appearing on my Capital One credit card for almost a year now. Most of the charges have been disputed and refunded by my credit card company. I have had erroneous charges on my card under various names that I'm sure are the same scam company. The names I recall are: Dietmax, Fit Mentor, and I-Tech Marketing LTD The Valley. My credit card company finally suggested I cancel my card and re-issued me a new card. To date, I have not been able to resolve the most recent $69.95 charge and will probably eat this one and whatever other erroneous charges I did not catch on previous billings.
