Grace Scott answered a Kijiji ad for a Clarinet for sale (1200$)that would be paid by Paypal. She requested before that I transfer the sum of $550.00 CAD to the buyer's shipping company. I refused and she sends a message announcing legal action if the money was not transferred through Western Union.
I refused to send any money and cancelled the transaction. Paypal did not reveive any payment.
A lot of unnecessary stress. How can we catch those people?
