Was booked on Flight 828 from Clearwater/St pete airport on May 29,2013. Departure at 2:20 p.m. to Greenville/Spartenburg, S.C. Paid total of $237.46 (which $26.00 was for carry on bag that was to be placed in overhead compartment) This was done. Right before departure air attendant opened compartment and took out my duffle bag suitcase and requested that I put it under the front seat in front of my seat. It was too large to do this comfortably and I was forced to fly all the way to S.C. with my feet propped up over the bag. I was terribly uncomfortable the whole trip. Why was I forced to do this after I paid the additional fee to have it put overhead? To permit another passenger, who was late boarding, to acomodate them? I am in hopes you will address this issue because the air attendant on my return trip said this was uncalled for and I should not have had to give up my baggage space that I PAID FOR. I returned on flight 829 on June 8th, departing S.C. at 3:45 p.m. I ordered a coke, which was never brought to me. When she was collecting the plastic cups I requested my coke, which she apologized for not bringing. I tried to pay the $2.00 charge (cash) that I had paid when I flew out on my earlier trip, and was told that I could not pay cash. She would not let me keep the coke as I did not have a credit card to pay for it with me. What sort of service is this? I would have thought since she forgot to serve me, that the least she could do was offer me the coke if I did not have a credit card with me. I certainly hope that you will write to me regard this and refund my cost of the baggage I paid for, that I had to push under my feet. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, as I am very upset. I was told that Allegiant was a good airline to fly....not if this is the was they treat customers.
