powerball lottery a man by name officer carson call me and said i won the powerball secondchance drawing.he said the lottery loosers i submitted my ticket was drawn. itold him that for the company of the lottery comishner to send my winnings through the mail.he then had a person call from lottery office. this person persist to tell my husband this was for real.but before the check could sent out there was a international stamp envoloved. after several months of constant phone calls and money sent promises broken. not one person from western union informed us this was a scam. i called western told them what happened and asked for a refund of my money.i was told that i sent it willingly and (sorry about your loss) i said that without tracking number they connot pick up funds.they repleyed as long they have your name &PHONE NUMBER THEY CAN PICK UP THE $
