They told me they would deffenitly help me get a 160,000 dollar grant but I would have to pay there lawyers 2,000 For rewriting my proposel. So I paid, kept in contact for a while then they sent me a list of Granters asked me to wait and see if they would grant me.
I never heard from them again. There numbers are no longer in service.
