On 5/11/2013 I entered the Shall gas station to purchase Power Ball Lottery tickets, when I approached the counter the clerk Robert refused to sell me 20 lottery tickets. He stated that I could not pick the power ball number and the opt for quick pick for the rest of my numbers, the form allow you to play this way. I asked him several time to please just run my forms he stated I will not you have to check off five numbers on the top if you have checked off your power ball number. I asked him to please just run my forms, he yelled "no I will not run your forms, you are holding up my line I have customers, I stated but I am also a customer and asked are you really not going to serve me, he yelled "yes you either fill out the top boxes or get all quick picks. I asked for the sixth time to please run my forms, he then said to the man behind me what can I get for you, when I asked the other clerk to run my tickets he told me he will not help you neither. This clerk would not give me his full name nor would he sell me a product you sell at your store this is very poor customer service, as I was walking out your store being the only black middle aged woman I felt it he was just racist because before me he was very helpful to a middle aged white woman whom was also purchasing lottery tickets. I am a 56 year old Sous Chef as a professional dealing with the public the rule is the customer should get what they pay for, I was not nasty or raised my voice at the clerk, but he was very unprofessional and rude.
