- Date Occurred: 10/01/2011
- Reported Damages: $185.16
Was charged $185.16 from my checking account (unauthorized) on 10/1/11. Contacted the payment processessing company and was disconnected 3 times. Finally received a phone # of 18602214393 (Name on phone was Austin). IP address on computer (if anyone knows how to track this) 71.193.110.225. Strange thing was that they used my old email address back from 1 1/2 years ago. Go figure. Scary! Was told I would receive a refund in 7 to 21 days. Thats (Inappropriate Content Removed). I will contact my bank immediately!
