I was phoned late last night with congratulations on winning $100,000 in the PCH sweepstakes by a male who called himself Billy Cooper. He gave his phone number as 707-260-3601. I could hear others speaking to others in the back- ground. He said that Diane King would be arriving Monday at 11:30 am with a check at my front door with TV coverage. He gave me prize no. 0021647USA. He also gave me a tax free # of 93148822PCH claiming all taxes had been paid. He gave me routing number 104900349 and acct. no 6439844 but I would not give him my bank acct info. He then asked for credit card balances which they would pay from my winnings. My husband advised him we had no balances. He then insisted my husband go to Walgreens and buy a green money pac card with a scratch off on the back for $99. We then told him to stop scamming us.
