A girl came by at my brothers house and I thought that I was helping her out by purchasing a magazine subscription. I gave her $20.00 in cash. the rest in check of $31.00 and I never received magazine and or a refund. The girls name is Perez and I never heard from them at all. How can I get a refund? I still have not heard anything as I have been trying every month from the time of purchase to obtain a refund.
