I look on my account and Palm Loan Advances deducted $30.00 from my account which resulted in an overdraft fee of $36.00. I have never heard of this company nor have I even applied a loan with any company. This cause me ands my family extreme hardship. They owe me a total of $66.00. They promised me in November that they would refund my account within 30 days. It has been 90 days and I have yet to receive a refund.
