The above individual is the one who scammed me.
I lost my job I was 61 @ the time March 2010 and knew it would be hard to find a job at my age. So I saw this opportunity to work from home. It started out as a travel web site Platinum package for $498.00. So I said okay. Then after I received the website. I did not get any hits. So I contacted Robert Biggs and he said I should spend some money on advertising that directs traffic/people to the website. I asked what I had to do and he said nothing, just spend the money to advertise I said okay and spent 1,000.00. Still nothing. I contacted him again (Robert Biggs). This time he talked about an AMAZON Mall which would generate a good income. triple my investment, Never saw 1 Dime off of any of this! It costed me $2400.00 for the mall and advertising and the contract said:
**OUR INCREDIBLE TRIPLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
"If you fail to triple your money back within 12 months from the date of this invoice, we'll pay you back the retail value of your Amazon mall ($2490.00) value."
I have the contract that I signed on 3-25-10. I was very hesitant and told him that my credit union would not authorize it because I was closing that credit card and getting a new one, he said well lets call your credit union and I did and he pretty much pushed through on the old card! I have tried to contact him and received no reply friends had also tried the mall site and said it did not work. I called and complained to Robert Biggs. He got on the web site and said it was working fine. I never received one penny for the 3490.00+ the 498.00 Platinum Package. A year is long gone and I have tried to get my money back with no avail.
