Bought the trial. Sent email on 29th July, canceling account as per the firm's ToS. BUT they took $79. I am in UK, so got a friend to phone them on Aug 3rd. By then I had sent 3 emails canceling my order. Friend got a case number and $20 refunded. Firm said they never received any emails. When I used the case number as subject of email, they started replying. BUT despite me sending screenshots and copy paste from my ISP of emails, they STILL did not believe me. I emailed most days but they refuse to pay back. I have blogged, tweeted and facebooked. They have stolen my money.
