i wired $1,000 to my fiance Johnny Wood C/o his attorney bamisaye Michael in Accra, Ghana via western union. This was to pay charge on his government drawn check in united Bank of Africa. The money was collected by Michael before my fiance could go pick it up. michael denied picking up the check but western union officials confirmed it was his identification. This was to be the final payment to the bank for $11,000 the bank had attached before the check could be transferred to USA. Mr Wood is an american citizen who is an engineer doing a job for the African government. he is stranded there now with no money to get home.
