1 month ago i signed up for a free trial for vimax pills, and lean muscle formula pills, they are a supposed secret penis growth pill, as explained in a video featuring the Porn Star, Ron Jeremy. After which i heard nothing and recevied nothing, 1 month later i go an email to tell me they had taken $73 form my account. This is not right i thought, so i tried to contact them by phone, and email, to no avail. I have written three emails to the support@vimaxgroup.com to cancel and complain. Since then they have tried 3 more times to get money from my account. I have contacted my bank, and now you. I get paid in 5 days and fear they will continue to take money out, i am on a pension with two little kids, cannot afford problems like such. I have also told them i was contacting your scam weekly and to return the money, and if i had by chance received goods by then, i would also return them up opened. I have had no reply to any emails, and they are taking no notice of a cancellation that i never signed on for. The free trail was supposed to last 30 days in which you could receive a full refund if not happy, but if you hadn't contacted the vimax group by then they would start taking $43 dollars every month. i never got the goods, so i don't feel it seems that i have signed on for anything more. And yes i have copies of the emails i have sent to this company's support group. can you please help me.
