I CALLED THE NUMBER AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR "GRANT AWARD" LETTER AND GOT A RECORDING THAT THEY WERE RECEIVING A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS AND THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THEM WAS TO SEND AN E-MAIL TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. IT WAS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE. NO MONEY SENT.
