he says he is a petroleum engineer working overseas, whose equipment is broken. he has offshore accounts that he can't transfer money from, but will pay you back once he is back in the usa. he says he has to go to mexico to get cash. charming and mimics well. says he is 1/2 italian and 1/2 american, grew up in rome. his english is flawed. he has a heavy accent.
sends a photo a a well dressed blonde man in a suit and photos of himself or someone in a penn state tshirt riding in a convertible hip looking guy in the photo.
