I ordered two pairs of shoes and a handbag on the Lovey US website. They only accepted VISA, so I had to put it on a friend's card. I then received an email saying that the handbag was not available. I replied asking what my options were and had no reply. I tried to do Live Chat with them, but it was not switched on (during regular office hours). I then emailed again, requesting the bag to be sent in an alternative colour (which shows up as available on their site), but have had no reply. There has been no feedback saying that the goods have been dispatched. I am worried that they still appear to be accepting payments for goods, but I wonder if anyone out there has actually RECEIVED their items???? Please let me know... thank you!

I just came across the same site and was wondering the same thing - I have seen other sites similar but thought this might be different. Did they ever send you the items and if so were they actually authentic?

I purchased some gold Pandora beads, a Louis vuitton wallet and hand bag from this company after much discussion with them in regards to the authenticity of thier products. I was in talks with "Bella" from their company who assured me on many occassions that the items were authentic. When i received the pandora beads, they are stamped 925, which means gold plated and there arent even any swivels on the beads. They are complete fakes. The first time i used the Louis Vuitton wallet the clip broke and came detached from the wallet. When i approached the company they woudl not refund or replace the items and basically said bad luck to me. Total scammers..i am telling all my friends and family about this company and also posting reports on facebook as this is where i seen the company. I will be contacting facebook management about having them removed from the site also so as to avoid scamming other users.
