i went to the bank wells fargo to full pay my furniture bill, i had all the money in my personal check account in bank of America , i let the cashier know that i came to full pay my bill and then i pass my debit card to make the payment after that the cashier make me sign a recive after that my card says decline then i call my bank and they said that my card was close i had problems with my account. so the transaction was cancel, that day i go to my bank to windraw money from my account to pay the furniture bill , i send the payment via mail. i dont have time to go to the bank again, few days later my card clear and the wells fargo bank debit 1539 dollars i went to wells fargo again they show me a check sign for me for a cash advance i tell the manager i dint take anymoney from ur bank they said that i take money well i call my bank of america they do an investigation and because i sign the cash advance the have to close the case, no one want to let me see the cameras from the bank i sertainly was robbe from the cashier, he stapple the paper cover the letters cash advance and telling me that paper was a recieve from my bill pay i dont know what to do. if is any help please help me (Personal Information Removed)
