Chose the option to have someone call me. No one called. Sent email, response was that someone would call back within the next business day. Has been several days, no call.
Did I get ripped off? Why won't someone call? I am beginning to believe that I have made a big error. Please, someone from the company call me or give me a number to call you.
Just spoke to customer service, guess what? Someone will contact me within 24 hours, again.
