Noticed an authorized charge on my checking account. Contacted the number provided and they stated it was a charge for a payday loan. I told them I have never done business with Avanix and I never authorized this charge. I asked for a full refund of the debit immediately. They put me on hold and then told me that I would be receiving a refund in 7 to 10 days depending on my bank. I told them that they can provide me with an immediate refund and my bank has never taken 7 to 10 days on anything. The email they said I would be receiving with confirmation never arrived. I am going to make a formal complaint with the Nevada Attorney General's office and I have filed complaint with BBB who rates Avanix as an 'F'. I recommend everyone else do the same. The more noise that's made the more attention is shined on this Boiler Room Scam company.
