2/27/13 After contacting the customer service lead Shirley Rocha multiple times over the course of a few weeks and escalating this to the VP/co-founder Fred Haumesser, they have made it clear they have no interest in addressing the complaint. We have provided them with many options to either resolve or dispute the complaint, and they have said "We’re not interested in dealing with unfounded complaints going back two years. This has already been a huge waste of time." The last contact was made via email 2/27/13.
