I called Membership Services dba BudgetSaversOnline.com at 952-258-2000 on 7/8/2013. After being transferred several times, I began speaking with a customer service supervisor by the name of Paul. I alerted Paul to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After placing me on hold, Paul was only able to provide me with a physical address for their corporate office. I requested more direct contact information but he was unable to provide me with any. I also sent emails to the provided addresses in order to determine the interest of BudgetSaversOnline.com in resolving their Scambook complaints. I await their response.

Scambook sent out an email to BudgetSaversOnline.com regarding the consumer complaints on our site. We are currently waiting for a call or email back and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

I asked to speak to someone in regards to the profile and was transferred to the consumer relations voicemail. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted BudgetSaversOnline.com at 12:04pm by dialing Sempris at (952) 258-2000 and spoke with Alicia. I informed her of the profile and asked to speak to a manager in regards to this. Alicia transferred me to the voicemail box for Charlotte. I left a message with profile information and my contact information. I also sent an email to [email protected] with the same information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

On 11/1/2012 I contacted WC Mon Budget Savers to inform the company of their public profile. I await their response and will continue to update as I'm able to determine whether or not WC Mon Budget Savers is interested in addressing these posted complaints.

I called BudgetSaversOnline at (925) 258-2000 on 10/31/2012. The manager said they are not interested in resolving complaints at this time.

I called BudgetSaversOnline.com on 8/29/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Supervisor and informed him about the complaints on Scambook. He told me that I need to get in touch with someone at their Corporate Office. When I asked for a phone number or email to Corporate, he said that the only way to get in touch with them was through regular mail. I will be making further attempts to contact someone at BudgetSaversOnline.com and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
