I called Vitalzye and Sylkskin Products at 866-405-1578 on 4/5/2013. I spoke with Karen regarding their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After placing me on hold, she informed me that her supervisor wanted her to take down my contact information in order to request a call back. I await their response.

I spoke with Alyssa and was informed that the number (866) 405-1578 is a third party call center and has no connection to Vitalyze and Sylkskin Products. Alyssa offered the email address of[email protected] and stated my best chance of possibly contacting the company directly would be via that email address. I have sent an urgent email to [email protected] in hopes of gaining resolution for the many current unresolved consumer complaints posted.

On 02/01/13 at 10:48 AM PST I dialed (866) 405-1578 to contact Vitalyze and Sylkskin Products. Whitney answered my call and I expressed to Whitney how important this call was and that I needed to speak to a decision maker at Vitalyze and Sylkskin today if at all possible. Whitney informed me that the person I would want to speak to is Conner and he is currently unavailable however she would have him return my urgent call today. Whitney recorded all of my contact information and promised to have Conner return my call today. I will update everyone as this investigation progresses.

I attempted to contact Vitalyze And Sylkskin Products at 3:26pm by dialing (866) 405-1578 and spoke with Allen. While speaking to Allen in regards to the profile, he disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with Alex. I asked to speak to a manager immediately. Alex stated that the manager was currently busy and took down my contact information to submit for a callback. I will be following up if I do not receive a callback.

On 10/19/2012 at 11:00AM PST I dialed (866) 405-1578 to contact Sylk & Vitalyze. I first spoke with Lark who ended up hanging up on me. Then I called back and spoke with Jackie who couldn't help me but did suggest I try calling back and asking for a supervisor named Nikki as Jackie was not allowed to transfer calls to supervisors. I called back and Janice answered my call I asked to be transferred to a supervisor named Nikki. Janice informed me she was not allowed to transfer calls to supervisors but did take my contact information and stated she would forward it to upper management. I informed Janice to tell her upper management that each time and Investigator from Scambook calls Sylk & Vitalyze it is documented and publicly posted on their business profile.

On 10/04/2012 Scambook mailed Vitalyze and Sylkskin products a letter, via First Class Mail, to S.Y.L.K. Corporate Office

Los Angeles, CA 90079 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 10/04/2012 at 10:30AM PST I dialed (213) 327-1116 to contact Vitalyze and Sylkskin Products. Kelly answered my call and I informed her of Vitalyze and Sylkskin Products public profile on Scambook with the current unresolved customer complaints. Kelly took all of my contact information and stated Brittany would be returning my call.
