I sent additional emails to Dead Sea Kit Company on 8/19/2013 regarding their unresolved consumer complaints and how to go about addressing them. I await their response.

I contacted Dead Sea Kit Company at 800-717-5794 on 8/13/2013. I was transferred to a customer service representative, however, our connection was too poor to be able to communicate. I attempted to call back again and I was unable to reach a live representative. I was unable to contact the business at this time.

Through all of my attempts, I have yet to receive a response from Dead Sea Kit Company as of 7/23/2013.

I contacted Dead Sea Kit Company by dialing 800-717-5794 on 7/2/2013. I was unable to reach a live representative in order to determine their interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook.

Scambook continues to reach out and will update as the investigation furthers.

6/5/13 at 1:32 PM PST Scambook emailed Dead Sea Kit Company at [email protected], [email protected] to inform them of the posted complaints again, the damages reported and let them know there has still been no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook continues to reach out and will update as more information becomes available.
