Company received their first complaint.

On 9/23/2013 at 3:04 PM PST I sent another follow-up email to RudeFinder.com; informing them of their 244 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and urged them once again to get back to me at their earliest convenience. I also dialed (888) 408-5785 and reached a representative named Michael. I fully informed Michael of the 244 posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding RudeFinder.com on Scambook. Michael took down all of my direct contact information and transferred me to a supervisor named Terry. Terry informed me that it is after hours for the proper personnel who would deal with this issue; to be in, and to call back between 9AM-5PM GMT. I will attempt to reach the company during their normal business hours. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 9/20/2013 at 9:50 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected]; fully informing RudeFinder.com of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I urged them to take a look at their complaints and provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9/9/2013 at 2:55 PM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact RudeFinder.com. I reached a representative named Patrick. Patrick is fully informed of the hundreds of consumer complaints regarding RudeFinder.com on Scambook. Patrick stated that I reached RudeFinder.com after hours, and that there was no supervisor available. I asked Patrick if he would take down my contact information and pass it on to a supervisor when they become available. Patrick informed me that that won't be necessary since they have our data from all of our previous calls and if they want, they will get back to us. I sent another email to [email protected]; informing RudeFinder.com once again of their 244 consumer complaints and public business profile via email. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

RudeFinder is well aware of their posted consumer complaints, but is not interested in reaching out via our platform here at Scambook. Scambook will keep everyone updated if the situation ever changes or progresses in the future. I sent a follow up email to through the, "contact us" form on rudefinder.com, and to [email protected] just as a reminder to RudeFinder.com of the situation.

RudeFinder is well aware of their posted consumer complaints, but is not interested in reaching out via our platform here at Scambook. Scambook will keep everyone updated if the situation ever changes or progresses in the future.

Glendale, CA 91205 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 8/19/2013 at 9:13 AM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact RudeFinder.com. I spoke to a representative named Esmy. Esmy informed met that RudeFinder.com is informed of their posted consumer complaints; and is not interested in reaching out at this time. Glendale, CA 91205 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 4/11/2013 at 3:54 PM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact RudeFinder.com. I spoke to a customer service representative named Sharlon. I fully informed Sharlon of the posted consumer complaints and the public business profile for RudeFinder.com. Sharlon advised me to call back when it is 8AM in the UK. I will attempt to contact the company during their normal business hours later next week. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/3/2013 at 3:00 PM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact RudeFinder.com. I spoke to a customer service representative named Andy. I fully informed andy of RudeFinder.com's public consumer complaints and business profile on Scambook. Andy took down all of my direct contact details and is escalating the issue to a proper supervisor. I am waiting for a response.

On 3/25/2013 at 4:53 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing RudeFinder.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

I attempted to follow up with RudeFinder.com at 3:40pm by emailing [email protected] updated profile information and my contact information.

I attempted to follow up with RudeFinder.com at 9:58am by dialing (888) 408-5785 and spoke with Tony. As soon as I informed him that I was calling from Scambook in regards to the profile consisting of now 228 complaints, Tony stated that they are aware of the profile, that he is aware that we have contacted them previously, and that if they wanted to do something about these complaints, that they would have contacted us. He also clarified that since they have not contacted us, it means that they are in no way interested in handling or resolving these complaints.

Spoke with a representative from RudeFinder at 2:55pm PST by dialing (888) 408-5785. RudeFinder stated that they will not be addressing any of the complaints submitted on Scambook.
