I made an additional call to Savings2Go on 8/7/2013. I again spoke with a supervisor regarding their consumer complaints. He was unable to provide me with further assistance and was only able to submit my information in hopes of getting a call back from a manager.

I sent an email to Savings2Go at [email protected] on 7/31/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response.

As of 7/23/2013, I have yet to receive a response to any of my inquires from Savings2Go.

I contacted Savings2Go on 7/16/2013. I spoke with a supervisor regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. My information was taken down and escalated in order to have the proper department call me back. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to get a response. I sent an additional email as well.

I made an additional call to Savings2Go on 7/11/2013. I was unable to contact the business, however, I did leave an additional voice mail. I await their response.

I made an additional call to Savings2Go on 7/3/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted them to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I await their response in hopes to determine their interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook.

I called Savings2Go at 800-362-6900 on 6/21/2013. After speaking to a supervisor, I was given the direct phone number of Cindy, who would be the individual who could best address my concerns. I dialed Cindy's phone number and she was not in the office, however, I did leave her a voice mail. I alerted her to Savings2Go's public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await her response.

On 05/20/2013 Scambook mailed Savings2Go a letter, via Certified Mail, to 2700 West Plano Parkway
Plano, TX 75075 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook forwarded information to Taylor at Savings2Go, regarding user submitted information. Details, and contact information have been given to the floor supervisor at Savings2Go to assist any decision maker at Savings2Go in resolving the posted complaints; if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.
Additionally, Taylor informed Scambook, that she would be looking into the information further, and Scambook should expect contact from Savings2Go within 7-10 business days.

I called Savings2Go at 800-448-0166 on 12/12/2012. I spoke to a supervisor in regards to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He took down my contact information and forwarded it to his upper management in an attempt to receive a call back. I await their response.

Attempted to contact Savings2Go at 4:45pm PST at (800) 362-6900. I spoke with a woman named Janet who stated that she was a licensed insurance agent with the company. Janet declined to comment on anything regarding Savings2Go public profile on Scambook. Instead, she told me to send a letter to 2700 W. Plano Parkway, Plano TX, 75075.
