    On 10/16/2012 at 2:45pm PST, I attempted to contact Healthy Choice or TerneckHelp.com by dialing (800) 505-3795. I spoke with Steve who informed me that he was unable to provide any information for the corporate offices of this business. He asked me to email [email protected].
