  • On 12/11/2012 at 10:15 am PST I attempted to contact Allocated Disbursement Authority by dialing (305) 591-7150. The call was unsuccessful. I have requested a letter be sent.

  • I called Allocated Disbursement Authority at (305) 591-7150 on 9/12/2012. The phone line continued to ring as no one picked up. A voice-mail was not setup on this phone line to leave a call back. I will be making further attempts in reaching Allocated Disbursement Authority and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
