  • I contacted My Health Offers at 1:56pm by dialing (877) 263-3555 and spoke with Eric. I informed Eric of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Eric stated that the office is closed right now and took down my contact information for a callback tomorrow. I sent an email to [email protected] with profile information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

  • I attempted to contact My Health Offers on 09/18/2012 at 5:26pm PST by dialing (877) 263-3555 and received the company's voice mail. I left a message on the company's voice mail and I am currently waiting for a response.
