  • I called HotBookSales at (888) 646-1662 on 10/24/2012. I left my contact information with the customer service rep in hopes of getting a hold of a manager or decision maker. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I contacted HotBookSales at 3:39pm PST by dialing (888) 646-1662 and spoke with Francisco in customer service. He attempted to connect me with the corporate office but was unable to do so. He instructed me to call back on Monday in order to speak with a representative from HotBookSales corporate office.
