Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

On 05/13/2013 Scambook mailed White Hills Cash a letter, via First Class Mail, to P.O. Box 330
Hays, MT 59527 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook personnel throughout numerous occasions have contacted White Hills Cash, spoken with multiple individuals within their customer service, as well as forwarded information to White Hills Cash regarding user submitted complaints on Scambook every time new information is submitted or altered. Contact information has been included in every contact made, to assist any decision maker at White Hills Cash in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

I called White Hills Cash at 800-986-1962 on 11/2/2012. I spoke with a Supervisor and alerted him to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I requested contact information to their corporate office or to a decision maker and he had no such information. He is escalating my call to the corporate office and having someone give me a call back. I await their response.

I sent an additional email to White Hills Cash at [email protected] on 10/8/2012. In the email, I reminded them of the growing number of complaints and monetary damage reported to Scambook. I await their response.

I called White Hills Cash at 800-986-1962 on 9/5/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and alerted her to the complaints posted to Scambook. She informed me that the best way to get in contact with her Supervisor would be through email. I have sent an email to [email protected] and let them know about the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. I will await a response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
