On 03/13/13 at 5:57 PM PST I dialed (800) 964-4593 to contact Ivory White. I spoke to a supervisor named Rain. I fully informed Rain of Ivory White's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. Rain stated that they are interested in addressing these complaints, and took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to corporate.

On 12/13/12 at 10:10AM PST I dialed (303) 218-6609 to contact IvoryWhite. Brian answered and addressed my call. I fully informed Brian of IvoryWhite's public profile on Scambook along with the current complaints posted. Brian recorded all of my contact information and stated he would have his upper management return my call to further address the posted complaint.

I contacted IvoryWhite on 11-01-12 at 2:59pm PST by dialing (800) 964-4593 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Jenny who notified me that a decision maker was unavailable, but I did give her my information to pass off through the proper channels. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I called Ivory White at 800-964-4593 on 11/1/2012. I requested to speak with a Supervisor, but none was available. I asked for Ivory White's corporate contact information but they were not allowed to divulge such information. A Supervisor named Renee is going to give me a call back. I await their response.
