  • I contacted Home Income Cash Machine for a follow up at 11:35am by dialing (877) 355-7771 and spoke with Buddy. I informed Buddy of the profile and of its urgency and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Buddy placed me on a brief hold and when he returned, he stated that he had spoken with Bettie, the Director of Operations, and that she has stated that they are not interested in these matters at this time.

  • I called Home Income Cash Machine at 877-355-7771 on 10/30/2012. I attempted to speak to a supervisor, but none was available. I requested the corporate contact information for their parent company, Home Profit Masters, but the customer service rep informed me they were not allowed to divulge such information. I will make further attempts to speak with the proper party at Home Profit Masters and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • Kevin B contacted Home Income Cash Machine on 09/21/2012 at 1:52pm PST by dialing (877) 355-7771 and spoke with Sara in customer service. Sara informed Kevin that a supervisor was unable to speak with Kevin directly. Sara took down Kevin's contact information and informed him that he would be receiving a response from a representative with the company on Monday.
