  • Scambook was contacted by StoneBridge in association with Savings To Go that in the moment they are NOT interested in resolving consumer complaints with consumers.

  • Scambook attempted to reach out to Savings To Go at the numbers provided and were unable to. We also contacted Stonebridge which are affiliates of Savings To Go and they provided us with a direct number to Savings To Go. We spoke to customer service representative JAMES regarding consumer complaints on our site regarding Savings To Go. He transferred us over to his manager CARLY and we again explained to her the reason of our call. She did take down all of our information and she did notify us that she would pass along the information first thing in the morning to her manager. We are currently waiting for a call and/or email from Savings To Go.

  • On 11/02/2012 Scambook mailed SavingsToGo a letter, via First Class Mail, to 2700 W Plano Pkwy
    Plano, TX 75075-8205 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
