9/13/13 at 9:15 AM PST Scambook called SkinDiet.net at (888) 558-4443 to inform them of the complaints psoted about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact us to address them. Scambook wasn't able to reach a liver person but will continue to research and will update as the investigation continues.

9/4/13 at 2:34 PM PST Scambook called Skindiet.net again at (888) 558-4443, and there was no answer. In fact, this number rang though to a credit card debt company then hung up - not skindiet.net. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

8/30/13 at 3:38 PM PST Scambook reached out to SkinDiet.net at (888) 558-4443 to inform them of the complaints posted, and to offer solutions to address them. Despite all the contact there has been no action taken to address the complaints as of yet. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investion continues.

8/23/13 at 11:32 PM PST Scambook called SkinDiet.net at (800) 434-1962 but the number was unreachable. Scambook wasn't able to inform them of the complaint posted or let them know again of how to address them. 8/15/13 at 3:47 PM PST Scambook called SkinDiet.net at (800) 434-1962 at there was an answer by a rep who insisted they know about the complaints but refused to address thenm via the business resolve process. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

8/7/13 at 2:42 PM PST Scambook called Skindiet.net again at (866) 881-5279 and there was no answer. In fact, this number rang though to a conference calling hub - not skindiet.net. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

7/31/13 at 3:23 PM PST Scambook called SkinDiet.net at (800) 434-1962 and there was no opportunity available to speak with the person in charge of addressing the complaints. Scambook will however continue to reach out and will updte as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

7/24/13 at 11:25 AM PST Scambook called Skindiet.net at (866) 881-5279 again and there was no answer. In fact, this number rang though to a conference calling hub - not skindiet.net. 7/9/13 at 4:31 PM PST Scambook called skindiet.net at (800) 434-1962, (888) 558-4443, (866) 881-5279 and didn't speak with a rep. Scambook has been informed we would receive a call back from corporate in 3-5 days sinces contact on 7/3/13 - (this has clearly not happened). Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

7/2/13 at 4:15 PM PST Scambook called skindiet.net and spoke with a rep named Angel at (800) 434-1962 to inform them again fo the posted complaints and to find out how to contact the person or people capable of addressing them. Angel was very unhelpful, she didn't answer any of my questions and kept going around in circles. She was uncooperative and would not provide any information with regard to whom I need to contact. She informed Scambook that she would escalate the issue to corporate and have them call back in 3-5 days. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

6/25/13 at 9:40 Called SkinDiet.net and there was no answer. This company has said many times that they will reach back out to us to address the complaints, but has not done so. Scambook will continue to follow up and update as things progress.

On 03/28/2013 Scambook mailed SkinDiet,net a letter, via Certified Mail, to P.O Box 30609
Palm Beach Gardens FL 33420
informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

4/16/13 at 1:19 PM PST Scambook called SkinDiet.net at (888) 558-4443 and was informed to call next week. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/2/13 at 1:16 PM PST Scambook called skindiet.net and spoke with a rep named Mia. Scambook informed Mia of the complaints filed against them and let them know how to contact us back to address the complaints. After a brief hold Mia got back on the phone and informed me that they will escalate this to their corporate office and will have them call me back. Scambook will continue to reach out and update as more information becomes available.

I called Skin Diet at 888-558-4443 on 3/27/2013. I spoke with a customer service rep named Mary and alerted her to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After putting me on hold, she took down all of my contact information in order to have a manager from the corporate office give me a call back. I await their response.
