    We believe we have resolved this complaint on another site where you posted the same comment. Please see your complaint on that site for a full reply as space here is limited.

    In short:

    We apologize if you feel someone has sabotaged a website of yours, but as stated in the more complete reply, no one at our company has knowledge of this happening to you, or knowledge of a customer like this in NYC. We rarely take on customers in the city itself, and we've found no record of your account.

    Despite this, we are continuing to pursue this. If you have any evidence please send it to us and we will immediately fix any problems.

    Please note that the only site we access to is the one we build for the customer, the one which we optimize weekly. Naturally once an account ends we will no longer optimize that site. We do not do anything to harm the site though. This would be counterproductive for us and makes no sense financially. With 23,000 customers and a 90% retention rate, we don't have time to do something like this to a former customer.

    We do understand that you feel you've had a bad experience though, and if you have some evidence that this did stem from out company, please contact us instead of multiple blogs, and we promise we will fix it immediately.

    Also, please refrain from copying and pasting other people's complaints in the future.

    Each of the comments you've pasted has been shown to be either completely false, about a different company entirely, or demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of SEO in general.

    It is difficult to reply to so much misinformation in only 2,000 words, so please see your other complaint for a full reply.

    And again, we are truly sorry you feel you've had a bad experience and we are more than happy to fix it if you would contact us with the details since we have no record of you having an account with us.
