  • I attended a weekend seminar with my husband, offered by Dean Graziosi, expecting to get the ins and outs on how to make money in the real estate game. It was so void of actual information. They man running it did not encourage questions being asked and my husband and I was left with more questions than we started with. We were told that all will be explained to us in more detail once we paid ($1,997) for classes and coaching. Coaching that was supposed to walk us through everything step by step and then the money was supposed to start rolling in. Yeah ok!!!
    What makes it even more confusing is that Dean Graziosi doesn’t even teach you himself. Coaching is turned over to a company called PMI. Who exactly are these people??
    My husband did some research and it Dean Graziosi does not have a very good reputation as delivering on his promises. He’s linked to Insider’s Edge and Insider’s Financial as well. Which these companies are all over as being scams. I just really wish my husband and I would have done that research before we ended up spending almost ($23,000) on absolutely NOTHING!!!
    No coaches have returned our calls and we are left with more questions and more regrets.
    I was on another complaint board and another woman was in the same boat as I am. She told me about this guy Russell she spoke with 260.357.2872. I’ve spoken to him on several occasions and he’s really helping my husband and I. we don’t have to pay any money upfront either. LOVE IT!!!!
    I’m tired of these companies like Dean Graziosi, PMI, Insider’s Edge and Insider’s Financial thinking they can just come around and take money from people who work so hard to make ends meet. I mean really??!! The whole purpose was to create a better and more secure future for family and they’ve done nothing but put us further in a hole that we are struggling to get out of.

  • I think the Government does not shut them down because they are a trustful company whom anyone can depend on. Dean has helped many people with his knowledge and personally I have learnt a lot from his books. Whenever I need to contact them for any of my concerns I always contact them on http://www.deangraziosicomplaints.com and they are always available and very quick to respond. They are very co-operative and helpful until the matter resolves.

  • Marca, I'm glad you posted your experience on this. I just received a call from a nice woman telling me I was the recipient of two free tickets to Blair Poelman's real estate seminar. I have no idea who Mr. Poelman is and needed her to re-iterate his name several times, eventually she spelled it for me. She assured I knew of him since he was on some TV program of which I also have never heard of. I was surprised that she had my cell number, and the number she has is a local number. She didn't know how to pronounce my name and claimed I had 'given my information' to them even though she wanted to verify my address that was a former one from six years ago. She encouraged me to go since I would receive a free camera and wanted me to provide my information so she could send the tickets. I respectfully declined and told her good luck in the future.

    My advice is this, just because he is not from this area and is putting himself out to be the "50 mile expert", he is not any better than the advisors here in town.

  • Hi, I just wanted to say that I am sorry to hear about your financial lost. I too just attended a seminar in which I was told that it was a free educational seminar to come to. Once I called to reserve a seat for my husband and I, I was then told that we would receive "free" materials and a camera for just coming...simply showing up. I thought, that this was too good to be true...but felt that maybe they were honest. Well, going in...I found that they wanted us to spend 3,500.00 that same day on classes and software. 2,000.00 for class and 1500.00 for software. Well, I didn't spend a penny. That wasn't why I went. I went for the information...to learn. I don't just jump into stuff like that...also, I don't trust people anymore when it comes to finances. People will lie and steal all the time. So I already knew they would sell something...I just didn't know that they would lie. They ended up taking those "free gifts" and turned them into incentives. So like the only way we would get them would be if we purchased something. I am like this. If you are going to market yourself as "honest and true" and the only buisness that "keeps it real" then live by it honestly. I was disappointed. and Now I feel as though I can't trust this company. So I'm very hesitant...especially when companies ask for large amounts of money immediately and try to "push" you to do so. That's a red flag to me. Also, you are right...Dean isn't showing them anything that NO ONE CAN'T learn anywhere else. We CAN learn it...it's just that you would have to actually take the time to do the research. Which is what I'm doing. Also, it seems that Dean is just making the art of working for self "look" easy to those that truly want "quick" cash. In my opinion...quick money is not always good money. I want a business that I can LEARN for MYSELF so that I'm not CRIPPLED and LIMITED to someone else's knowledge only. I want my OWN knowledge too.

  • 3 days workshop, they promised frist 10 registeration will get full return fee in 3 months after the frist deal. After finished the3 days workshop, I was told that I need to enroll a further program and pay $250,000 tuition ,in order to make a real deal under their instruction. if do not do it, will have no chance to get my fee back.

  • Thanks so much for this post! They are now running under a new name in Australia... Leading financial education p/l with speaker M.Erickson. all the same promises and the same content right down to the DVD titles. Clearly a MLM scam but as I'm a property investor already and it was a block from my home I was considering going for a giggle and the bonuses. Seems pretty clear the promised Dinner won't materialise. Neither will the camera or tablet computer. Thanks for the warning!
