- Did you ever get the refund, I recently talked to Rob and was surprised how fast he gave is Badge number, seeing the refund will be a big surprise, I think.

- Yr Benefits just did the same thing with my 87 year old mother with Alzheimers; managed to get an electronic check printed without her signature for $447.34. I've filed a complaint and dispute with every agency I can think of. What losers..they need to be arrested!

- This is exactly what happened to my 83 year old mother. Don't know how they got the checking account info, but they managed to get a check printed out with her name and home information. We closed the checking account and opened a new one. The amount is the same as everyone else's, we put the $447.34 in dispute.
