- Hello! I have just recently experienced the same charge on my account for this company. I did not approve the charge, so I contacted them at 855-231-2622. Caution: I was on hold for at least 20 minutes. I spoke with someone named Jake and he informed me that he would credit the amount back into my account. He even offered me a visa gift card with the 31.95 on it to get the money sooner. I informed him that was not my decision and I wanted it back into my account. I would give them a call...hope everything works out. I will let you know if they ever did credit my account.

- Some time ago I read a post on this site about RubyTv.com They sell Classic TV Shows on DVD. Now they are listed on Amazon (as an alternate provider) so beware, I've heard they treat customers bad. So Beware!

- You can file a complaint with your bank. They will investigate the matter and, upon proving this was NOT an authorized transaction, will refund your money. You don't have to close your account.

- This also happend to me, they are actually called MY MONEY TOOLBOX and their number is 888-485-3158. I called them and they are going to refund me. Hope this helps.

- I woke up to a text from my bank saying I was negative in my account I checked my account and there was a $31.96 charge from some company named Avanix . When I called I got a recording saying call back during normal business hours. I will be calling first thing Monday morning. This is a scan and now I'm having to go into my little money I have put up to make sure I don't get charged a$35. Over draft fee.
