- First Option Financial Services Inc. was owned by me and my wife in Pensacola, Fl. The license expired in 2005. Someone got smart and used my A+ rating with BBB. They even went to the trouble of setting up a voice mail prompt system with a Pensacola phone number through a company called Commpartners LLC. Now I have been bombarded with letters from BBB stating that we fraud many individuals. Obviously we are not the crooks that have been mentioned on this post. Please contact your local authorities about this case, but do not call me or my wife. I was awaken 4 times at 3am in this morning because of this fraudulent activities. I have already made a complaint to the BBB and the Florida State' Attorney office. I do not know Ted Cooks, Candy Benson or anybody of the sorts. I was told by the Escambia County Sheriffs' office to put everyone who calls my house on notice. If you call, that is considered harassment and I will sue. I do not have an account in Miami. Why would you all give money to a person and not the company. HUGE RED FLAG! Please do not call me or my wife. Contact your local authorities! I am sorry for your loss, but you are trying to reach me, a victim, and not the enemy.
