This company, owned by David Roberts, sends out "invoices" to hotels for directory services we never requested. The invoices all claim to be renewing a service, even though we never had accounts. They also say "Thank you for the opportunity to continue to service your account". He sent the entire Las Vegas market invoices at the same time in August 2017. He assumes many properties will just pay the invoice without verifying. I filed a BBB complaint against him and he responded with, "We have no business with this hotel". He is right, but why then did he send me an invoice? The address to mail the checks to is his personal home on a golf course. I checked with the business licensing in Surprise, his "company" isn't licensed.

I also have invoices from other Vegas properties, but I don't want them published publicly without their consent. One of your investigators can have copies of them if they agree not to post them.
