This company needs to be stopped from scamming innocent people who wish to try a FREE product, as they advertised,and we legitimately paid postage to receive. There was no mention of trial period and automatic and unauthorized withdrawals from our accounts. I did not even have the sample for 2 weeks and never even got to try it, before the next unsolicited product and withdrawal arrived! I have been trying for the last three days to reach someone with phone number listed for Canada on my email order info but the message attached to this number is, this is not available in your area, which happens to be a large city! Soooo and to no avail, I have been sending emails in hopes of receiving an authorized return number! My order sits at the post office with a cod charge for duty n taxes and my free sample will not be touched in fear they request that to be also returned! These horrible scam business practices must be stopped! I am currently out of work and this has created a financial strain but my heart is torn apart to hear of elderly people losing their rent money etc as I became aware reading other comments.
