I was given this juicer as a gift and followed all instructions in the book and on TV. Put the small parts in the dishwasher (as jack said on TV) and it filled with water that of course cannot get out. Called the company listed in the operating manual and got no where with the gal on the phone. She refused to send me a new pusher telling me it wouldn't hurt it at all. That's beside the point I did not want it full of water but she was no help. Of course she offered to send me a new one if I would pay the cost. I said that Jack said on TV that all small parts were dishwasher safe but she still was no help. It now sits in my cupboard and I will not use it. But, I also will never buy from that company again. False advertising!
