On the monthly Verizon phone bill a charge of $49.95 shpwed up. It says it is a monthly fee, have no idea for what? These services seems to be for PC support from a third party. We have never contacted anyone about this. This is completely fraud, and looks like Verizon is getting involved.
Verizon says we must have authorised these charges. I do not understand why the heck Verizon is getting into this mess. If they have no idea and no written authorization from us how can they combine charges along with phone bill?
