For10cents.com is a penny auction site. I know there have been many complaints filed against them already, and I want to add mine. I won two auctions, one in October of 2011 and one in November of 2011. The items were never shipped to me. When I started requiring about them I was told in many emails that they were requiring the funds possible to purchase the items that were won and would be shipping them out. Then I received emails asking me to choose the items or 70% of the retail cost of the items won. I chose the cash payout. So far it has been 2 months since they made that offer and still nothing. They are a scam penny auction site if the items they offer up for bidding are not even available. I want them shut down.
