Unauthorized debit out of bank account, when I called the number a very RUDE representative gave no information as to how they got my account access..My wallet had been lost the day before so anyone who wanted to use my information definitely could have. I called the bank and they say that it may not be fraud because of the fact that they had my checking account information. I had just called the bank the day before to alert them that my wallet had been lost. In my wallet was my DL, credit cards, bank cards, insurance cards and my work ID.
