Joined the dating site B2 for £5 as I thought I'd try it and if not satisfied then I could cancel after a couple days and not pay any more. I thought it was a rubbish site and wanted to cancel. The procedure for cancellation is ridiculously hard to work out, and after a while I managed to get a printout, well within my time limit for sending it and duly sent it off the the given address in Luxembourg. I heard nothing and emailed them, they replied giving me instructions as per the website and saying I should have sent the letter by recorded delivery. I then got the printout again and tried sending it by fax, which they had given me the incorrect number, so emailed again asking for the correct number, by which time they had now taken my money out all in one go, a lump sum of £149. I have asked for a refund and just get an email confirming my membership will expire in september and they will not take any more money out after that, no refund. I am so cross and feel so stupid for being suckered in to what looked like a good site.
I have the majority of the emails they sent me saved on my laptop.
